Absolute Joke

This place is an absolute joke... To believe that a business like this is still in operation is beyond me. Called up on Saturday 5.15pm (closes at 5pm) and asked if there was a particular car in stock. I was told by Tom that this car was still available and there was "nothing wrong and when I see it, i'll drive away with it". I asked and made sure he checked the car thoroughly and letting me know of any warning lights, etc... as I was going to be travelling from Milton Keynes (2hrs 45mins away). He told me there was nothing wrong and even said that it's a great car, in excellent condition. To make sure I saw the car before someone else buys it, I left MK at 8.30am on Sunday to get there at 10.30am to be greeted by one of their staff. After asking to see the car, he strolled around the car lot (not that its too big) and came back in and informed me that the car was with their "electric guy" as the drivers window wouldn't open/shut. So basically, I couldn't see the car. The car wasn't even there on Saturday when I spoke to Tom... So he just lied, knowing full well that I was coming from MK first thing in the morning. They even had my details written down with my number, so they could have called any time - they have no excuses. If Tom had been honest, I would have actually still come to see the car after its been fixed. All I got, after driving all that way, wasting a day of car shopping and the fuel cost was a pathetic apology. The icing on the cake was when the monkey said to me; "sorry mate, but Tom did say that when its back, he'll call ya n' if you buy it he'll give ya petrol money of this trip back". So to get this straight, he wanted me to drive all the way back there, spend £40 in fuel again to look at the car

I bought a car from Bristol Motor Co. 6 weeks ago. Fantastic car (Honda Accord Tourer). Well worth the round trip of 850 miles to collect. Ive had one slight problem and Tom was fantastic about getting it repaired locally for me which saved me the same 850 mile round trip
