Bought a Toyota

We've just bought a Toyota from BMC, and we found them not just professional, but easy to deal with: - Communication was replied to very quickly and covered what we needed to know. - Reasonable offers and suggestions were met with acceptance or a reasonable counter-offer. There's always a bit of give and take when part-exchanging one used car for another, and this process went as painlessly as we could have hoped. - All of the guys working there were invariably patient, friendly and polite, and I felt completely comfortable negotiating on the part-exchange, warranty, etc. - there was no hard sell. - As soon as the deal was concluded in principle, the car was removed from sale and we concluded the remaining details without any pressure. Given the amount of money at stake, buying a car is inevitably a little bit stressful, but we found the experience to be a lot better than I expected

I bought a car from Bristol Motor Co. 6 weeks ago. Fantastic car (Honda Accord Tourer). Well worth the round trip of 850 miles to collect. Ive had one slight problem and Tom was fantastic about getting it repaired locally for me which saved me the same 850 mile round trip
