Zero stars…….. Bought a used car from the Southwick, Sunderland branch and have had no end of trouble since. Was told the car had been serviced and would be cleaned before pick up. Bought a pre reg car in Nov last year , have made several phone calls trying to chase up things that were to be sorted out i.e. Rubber car mats , no return calls after 3 messages left . Spoke to sales manager last week who said 'leave it with me I'll sort it ' no phone call ! I will be taking this higher after being very courteous to this team it's getting me nowhere .
