Not what you should expect from a Ford Main Dealer?

Bought a 2015 Ford Focus from them for almost £11k. Felt quite pressurised when buying. Some paint damage which the salesman said would get sorted. Week later collect car but paint damage not sorted. When pointed out salesman had someone to start to dab the paint with a cocktail stick. They had also broken the glove box. Car was supposed to have been MOT'd early as due 1st MOT in 3 months time but that wasn't carried out. Ford Protect extended warranty has so many exclusions hardly worth having. I asked to speak to a manager but he was very aggressive telling me I would loose my deposit if I didn't complete deal and what did I expect from a 3 year old car anyway? I had no choice but to accept the car. I did ask Citizen's Advice if I could do anything. They suggested returning the car but the manager got annoyed at this request and it seems unless you are prepared for a lengthy court process the new consumer law is not really worth the paper it's written on.
