Bought a 2015 Ford Focus from them for almost £11k. Felt quite pressurised when buying. Some paint damage which the salesman said would get sorted. Week later collect car but paint damage not sorted. When pointed out salesman had someone to start to dab the paint with a cocktail stick. They had also broken the glove box. Car was supposed to have been MOT'd early as due 1st MOT in 3 months time but
