Don't bother!

This company is not registered with Company’s House, and therefore is breaching tax rules. Insists on cash. Very poor service and attitude. I bought a car from AK Carz and two days later it broke down. Considering I live 3 hrs drive away from AK Carz - I had immediate help from a close by garage of high repute. When I called “Alan” or Aileee who sold us the car at AK Carz and asked if he would pay for the repairs, he became defensive, and argumentative that he could have fixed it for £15 not the £200 a “rip off English Co” had charged. Then the lies and evasion when confronted on the telephone. Considering he initially advised us this was his business he then invented an imaginary “boss” who would recommend paying £70 (shifting the blame) but of course he’s unavailable... Bad attitude, prejudice, racist, lack of customer care, no email address. Very disappointed that these are the folk who give good car sellers a bad name.

Awful customer service. Avoid like the plague
Horrendous! Arranged to drive 250 miles to get the car, spoke before closing told him i'd be up by lunchtime the next day. Set off at 8am, got 200 miles of the way only to get a call at 11 saying the car had been sold. Absolute joke.

Very professional and helpful, went out their way to let me pick my car up, overall a very good experience, The only thing I would say is the car I bought needs brake fluid and new pads, Also a break light was out that I wasn't told about but they may not have been aware themselves, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, very happy Thank you
