Don't bother!

This company is not registered with Company’s House, and therefore is breaching tax rules. Insists on cash. Very poor service and attitude. AVOID AVOID AVOID. so far over £1000 in extra costs in less than 2 months and Solomon accepting none of blame even though AA said Solomon had advertised falsely, and Solomon didn't recognise my Consumer Rights and should have offered me a refund, sent mot over 2 weeks later which showed car as although legal needed work on brakes and discs, refused to send off log book, offered a full service as t

Rubbish and sell you write off cars don't buy from them

Sold me Nissan navara needed things changed wishing a month then last straw was when I notice rear chassis both sides had cracked they said they don't look underneath cars so it's my issue I bring car back n left with them to repair as I wasn't fixing it at all When I came unanimous I looked for my car n there was big scratches on side n damage as in sum1 had crashed in a try to spray over it w

Awful customer service. Avoid like the plague

Horrendous! Arranged to drive 250 miles to get the car, spoke before closing told him i'd be up by lunchtime the next day. Set off at 8am, got 200 miles of the way only to get a call at 11 saying the car had been sold. Absolute joke.

Very professional and helpful, went out their way to let me pick my car up, overall a very good experience, The only thing I would say is the car I bought needs brake fluid and new pads, Also a break light was out that I wasn't told about but they may not have been aware themselves, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, very happy Thank you
