Rude, insulting manager
We had a simple question after purchasing a RAV4. Our usual salesman said it wasn't his field so put us through to the manager.
The manager spoke to us like we were a waste of his time and an inconvenience. The moment we were put through he was rude, aggressive in tone, frustrated, unprofessional and disrespectful. Half the call was just him being reluctant to even open our file to assist.
I repeatedly asked him to calm down and I asked if he could email the explanation over as we didn't appreciate his tone, he refused and then insulted me.
Under no circumstance should a customer be spoken to like that. In the end, our usual salesman was actually able to answer the question so I've no idea why we were even put through to him.
The after-sales attitude we received from the manager unfortunately means we'll be taking our business elsewhere in future.
