We had a simple question after purchasing a RAV4. Our usual salesman said it wasn't his field so put us through to the manager. The manager spoke to us like we were a waste of his time and an inconvenience. The moment we were put through he was rude, aggressive in tone, frustrated, unprofessional and disrespectful. Half the call was just him being reluctant to even open our file to assist. I

Disgraceful 3 year old car had never ever been serviced. They was selling it as a good used example but when I asked about Service History it didn't have any so in 3 years 28000 miles. It had never any services at all. I would totally avoid this Dealership. Just Avoid
