Poor Customer Service
I had my car serviced and an MOT carried out on 29/10/15 by Greenacre Honda.
Part of the service included supplying and fitting rear brake pads. I was surprised that when changing my rear wheel bearings on 15/09/16 I noticed that my pads where less than 1mm thick.
When I contacted Greenacre Honda to query this I got a less than satisfactory response.
I spoke to them and was told I should have brought the car in and that 25,000 miles is acceptable.
My previous brake pads (not purchased at Greenacre Honda) lasted 37,908 miles. The pads supposedly fitted by Greenacre Honda had done only 24,394 miles.
I questioned the dealer and asked if the pads had been changed at all or if I have simply been charged for a procedure that had not been carried out.
I will not be in a hurry to use Greenacre Honda in the future and will make sure that my Honda driving friends and colleagues are aware of their rude and unhelpful attitude towards their customers.
