Poor Customer Service
I had my car serviced and an MOT carried out on 29/10/15 by Greenacre Honda. Part of the service included supplying and fitting rear brake pads. I was surprised that when changing my rear wheel bearings on 15/09/16 I noticed that my pads where less than 1mm thick. When I contacted Greenacre Honda to query this I got a less than satisfactory response. I spoke to them and was told I should have
