Do not buy from Caffyns in Brighton

I love my A3 Audi which was purchased in September 2016. The salesman was fantastic. But beware the after sales service at Caffyns in Brighton. It is truly awful. I have had nothing but bad service and dealings with them. They have never offered me a courtesy car, nor a lift when bringing my car in, despite me seeing a notice on the service desk. Also, having had problems with the ACC not working, it has been back to them 3 times for repair in spite of their initial diagnosis of the problem, on each of these occasions it has come back not repaired. I was not offered a lift nor a courtesy car on these occasions either. Having spoken to the service manager and the under manager of the branch I have had no satisfaction at all, only justification of their attitude. Very bad indeed and disappointed. My friend brought form Audi Worthing and has been very happy with the after sales service.

Car was ordered last june 2021 list price was under the 40k VED premium tax by just over £100 inc extras , i was well aware what happens when you go over. Car was built in january 22 , and audi put their prices up on 1st jan .no matter the original list price was honoured ok, but because the list price had increased when it came to register the car in march unknown to me this had affected the VE
