Dealership lied in advert and on phone, terrible customer service!!
I experienced absolutely terrible service from Autolink Motors, Greenford. I phoned Autolink on the morning of the viewing to find out how many previous owners the vehicle I wished to view had (not mentioned in online advert) and was advised 1 or 2 ( "definitely no more than 2 but cannot confirm without checking paperwork" ). Upon hearing this info I travelled over an hour round the M25 to find that the car the was far from the state that it was advertised, basically "excellent condition all round, excellent tyres" - however every panel of the car had either a scratch or dent in, every wheel was heavily damaged and the tyres had less than 6 months life left. I felt like I was treated like a general passer by viewer/time waster when in fact I went there with the intention of driving away with new vehicle that day if it was as advertised. The guy I spoke to repeatedly locked the car as he walked back and forth to office whilst I viewed the vehicle (which was inside a building surrounded by other motors... not sure what he thought I was going to do...). Finally when I checked the paperwork I found that the car had in fact 5 previous owners!!! I was advised 1 or 2 on the phone that morning. Terrible dealership, wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
