I experienced absolutely terrible service from Autolink Motors, Greenford. I phoned Autolink on the morning of the viewing to find out how many previous owners the vehicle I wished to view had (not mentioned in online advert) and was advised 1 or 2 ( "definitely no more than 2 but cannot confirm without checking paperwork" ).
