AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Deceitful, Dishonest, and Downright D

Buying from Chrome Motors was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 and paid a £500 non-refundable deposit upfront (first red flag). The car was delivered and within hours, problems started surfacing—loud squeaking brakes, rattling AC, blocked DPF, worn tyres, and a car that hadn’t been serviced for more than 10k miles.

When I took it to multiple mechanics, the verdict was the same: return the car if you value your time, money, and sanity. But Chrome Motors didn’t want to hear it. They refused to take it back and instead sent me to a local garage that downplayed everything, — despite his own report stating the DPF was blocked. The garage also stated they could not carry out any works for at least a month even if they wanted to. Six months later, the engine light is still on, and I’m out of options and funds, left fixing the issues myself. With work and family leaving me with no time to even visit the garage I stopped chasing the dealer as he kept on ignoring me.

Totally unacceptable behaviour from danny
Bought a volkswagan touran from this garage delivered. Was told i could have it for £3700 *yet sent me a bill for £3849.first day it was delivered i nnoticed the clutch was really stiff and biting point was at the floor. I have already left a review previously but I felt I needed to add an extra review relating to how honest Dennis at the Macclesfield branch was. The car I had bought was having a few checks for various things, whilst running checks he noticed the hand brake needed tightening. He instructed the garage to fix it and didn't charge an extra penny for the fix. He didn't have to mention it yet alone

We bought a car from here recently and received excellent service from very professional and helpful staff, went out of their way from the actual purchase of the car to arranging tax and drive away insurance, would use again and would definitely recommend.

All Around Quality !
Living very near Chrome & needing a new car I called in to have a browse. A quick hello then left in peace to browse at my leisure. When I did need help the staff were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly & professional. Took a couple of cars out on test drives "unaccompanied" chose the one I wanted & drove off within the hour ! Do not count on help when something goes wrong.
On collecting the car all documents weren't present, including the V5. After chasing we finally received it. Next followed a catalogue of breakdowns and broken promises. They simple hope you will go away, fail to response to promises of contact and make you jump through hoops whilst taking no responsibility

Good Value and great to see a company wit no pressure
