Totally unacceptable behaviour from danny
Bought a volkswagan touran from this garage delivered. Was told i could have it for £3700 *yet sent me a bill for £3849.first day it was delivered i nnoticed the clutch was really stiff and biting point was at the floor. The car I had bought was having a few checks for various things, whilst running checks he noticed the hand brake needed tightening. We bought a car from here recently and received excellent service from very professional and helpful staff, went out of their way from the actual purchase of the car to arranging tax and drive away insurance, would use again and would definitely recommend.

Living very near Chrome & needing a new car I called in to have a browse. A quick hello then left in peace to browse at my leisure. Do not count on help when something goes wrong.
On collecting the car all documents weren't present, including the V5. After chasing we finally received it. Next followed a catalogue of breakdowns and broken promises. They simple hope you will go away, fail to response to promises of contact and make you jump through hoops whilst taking no responsibility
Good Value and great to see a company wit no pressure
Recent purchase of my Alfa Romeo at Chrome, was refreshing. The car had an accurate description and what was more, the team supported each other in the sale and Colin the Business Manager was excellent, he explained warranty in depth and was not afraid to highlight the stuff not covered first.
