We were offered over the phone 1500 pounds for our car in part exchange but when we got there and returned from test drive in one of there cars they said had looked up cars history and HPI report said had been a write off so was only worth 750.pounds. we were shocked but were told it was worth no more. After returning home with new car within days saw our 750 pound car for sale for 3000 pound. .wh

Can honestly say, I tried hard to find a fault with Westwood in particular Gavin who ensured I was totally happy all the way through the process, never did I feel I was under any pressure. When I said I wanted to have 5 mins on my own to think I had to go and find him! When I left in my new TT I was shown all the controls so I was totally comfortable driving home.
