Avoid Sascron
Bought a car 3.5 months ago to now find out the clutch has gone.. we paid £900 for a warranty that doesn’t cover it as apparently in 3.5 months it’s ‘wear and tear’. Don't trust Sascron
Don't trust the sales patter and don't expect good after sale service! We bought a car from Sascron at the end of 2017. We were led to to believe that part of the deal was a 3 month warranty on engine and gearbox. After 2 weeks the 3 year old car needed a litre of oil. We notified Sascron but had no reply. Bought a 61 plate BMW X3. Paid cash. No pre-delivery inspection report was supplied, parcel shelf missing -- took 7weeks for them to deliver replacement. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. Frustrating experience
I tried to buy a Skoda Yeti from this dealer on the evening of 3rd Sept. Despite it being described as good condition, when we turned up it became clear the car had been very dirty when received and had been hastily cleaned up, leaving it grubby (eg spare wheel covered in mud).
