Purchased a vehicle unfit for sale from Jemm motors. Was a sham from start to end. Dealer did nothing to put problem right and then wanted to fleece me out of 500 after 4 days of ownership for a refund!! When asked for a refund was given racist Abuse owner of Jemm motors.

Purchased a car from Jemm motors in Wigan. The car was had a faulty gearbox. 4 days after purchase it became apparent that JEMM motor company and its owner Craig where not willing to do Anytbing about it. I bought a ford focus from Jemm Motor Company back in July and I received an exceptional service from all the staff at Jemm. It's hard to pick out anything specific, just the whole experience and customer service was excellent. They even helped me getting finance in place and the car is really good value for money. Would highly recommend!!
