We bought a 2010 Fiesta from Hanham Road Autos just before Easter. It quickly became apparent that there was a problem with the steering. We took it back and they agreed that the steering rack needed replacing. This was done entirely at their expense and on the day of the repair they dropped my wife home and then delivered the car back with an apology. Fantastic service, thanks.

Once the money is transferred they dont care lies and empty promises! Sure I never actually watched him write down what he promised but then if dishonesty is their policy your better off finding a more trustworthy car dealership!! Avoid!!
