Recently purchased a Mercedes S Class. The vehicle was exactly as described. The guy i dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Test drive was perfect. All in all a great experience.

I asked the salesman how many months left on the MOT and they advised 12 months and told me the MOT certificate was in the glove box with the other documents. I rang the next day as the MOT Certificate wasn't there. I was told to go to my nearest MOT garage who would give me a copy. The car was poorly prepared and so I booked into my Jaguar Specialist to have some work completed. I was astonished

I wasn't allowed to test drive. I had to arrange appointment to even collect my car, said invoice and warranty would be in it, it wasn't. Chased for weeks to get a copy of the invoice, but no warranty info was included. Verify every detail before buying from them
Keeping a eventful experience short: I enquired about a car and the first variation of truth was the "Full dealership history", not true it only had 2 services with the main dealer. Then after service history checked there was a 3 and a half year service gap. I asked them if there was maybe receipts or something and was told no that is what they have and "maybe you are better of buying a brand new
