Dodgy beyond belief
Please, please, please be very careful with this company. A friend of mine tried to sell a car through them with the agreement that at any time, he could change his mind and for a fee of £250 he could get his car back if the garage failed to sell it for the agreed price. Due to a change in circumstances, he decided that he wanted his car back, he made numerous phone calls explaining the situation and was willing to pay the fee, but he was fobbed off over and over again. They eventually told him that the car had been sold and it was with the new owner, but that they didn't have the money to transfer as the loan hadn't gone through. Had they given his car away? After this conversation, the legal owner tried over and over again to contact the company requesting the money he was owed, or the car back, but again he was fobbed off. All the time this was happening, V.I.P. car sales were still advertising the car. The car was not being kept at the garage and the registered owner who was now out of pocket by nearly £2
