Dodgy beyond belief

Please, please, please be very careful with this company. A friend of mine tried to sell a car through them with the agreement that at any time, he could change his mind and for a fee of £250 he could get his car back if the garage failed to sell it for the agreed price. Due to a change in circumstances, he decided that he wanted his car back, he made numerous phone calls explaining the situation and was willing to pay the fee, but he was fobbed off over and over again. They eventually told him that the car had been sold and it was with the new owner, but that they didn't have the money to transfer as the loan hadn't gone through. Had they given his car away? After this conversation, the legal owner tried over and over again to contact the company requesting the money he was owed, or the car back, but again he was fobbed off. All the time this was happening, V.I.P. car sales were still advertising the car. The car was not being kept at the garage and the registered owner who was now out of pocket by nearly £2

Please under no circumstance get involved with this garage. I contacted them in May to sell my 2015 plate BMW on my behalf, also known as a car consignment sale. After months of reducing the price, the car finally sold on 24th October. After numerous failed bank transfers and bounced cheques, I have no car, no log book and no payment. They no longer take my phone calls and have left me with

Avoid VIP Car sales!!!
This company have caused us so many problems. Lack of correct procedures with paperwork left is driving the car with void insurance!! Reoeated ohonecalls and emails where they promised they would sort things and they didnt. We've just sold the car and our quote was reduced by £700 because the paperwork showed 5 previous owners when there were only 3 but VIP had registered themselves twice!!
Shocking
I test drove a Mercedes sl 55 which had a couple of faults on it but was assured these would be rectified - they wasn't. I purchased the car and took out an extra 2 year warranty costing me £500. After a week several other faults were apparent with the car, I informed vip I would like them to be taken care of via the warranty, I was told the garage were in between swapping over to a new warranty p
