Sold me a VW Crafter van, front shock absorbers gone on purchase, made them aware next day something not right, not a mechanic so haven't a clue, they stretched it out, emails went to "spam", all the excuses, then all my doing, not covered in warranty as wear and tear?
Not taking responsibility, charging me double to fix but Vicarage Car Sales such a decent company they'll pay half, do the maths, £200 job we'll charge you £400 but as we care about our customers we'll pay half?
Paying for independent engineer report, I'd rather pay someone else to make find out if the van i purchased is safe and roadworthy.
