Horrible experience
None of their staff seemed to have a clue what was going on! I was illegally sold a faulty van (advertised "sold as seen" - against the law for a motor trader to use this term trying to absolve themselves of all responsibility). Yes it was old, but definitely NOT roadworthy. Luckily I was refunded after months of broken promises, however I'm still stuck with the bill for three months of insurance for a van that I couldn't use because it was being worked on... I would have cancelled the insurance much sooner if I'd know the "week" it would take to fix it was going to turn into weeks, then months! Also noticed they've taken the reviews section off their facebook page... Why is that I wonder...? Asking for compensation was met firstly with laughter, then with silence, then flat out refusal. Their website states: "Customer service is very important to us and we pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy" I don't know what drugs they were on when that was written but that is the exact opposite of the ongoing e
