This place is a rip off

purchases a 04 plate transit tipper from this place in July last year owner said he has been using it himself and it was a good runner so we paid £ 4,500.00 it had a 6 months MOT when it was due for a new MOT we took it to a garage who said that is was extreamly dangerous the whole of the cab was rusted rotten you could put your hands through the holes and they said our drivers was lucky they didn't fall through, 6 months use of a vehicle for £ 4,500.00 is not acceptable tried on numerous occasion to contact the owner to no avail he never replied to the messages that I left when I eventually phoned and spoke to the owner he was not interested I feel such a fool to have been ripped off this badly going to trading standards to complain under the sale of goods act 1979 (GOODS SUPPLIED SHOULD BE FIT FOR PURPOSE .

Great Service!

On visiting Van world, I expected to be served by lots of old fouled mouthed men. The only thing on my mind was going in there, getting my van for my catering business and just leaving. Friendly helpful advisors

I needed a van for my business, and wasn't sure what one would be suitable. The range Vanworld had on offer was great, and the sales guy (Stan) was really friendly and showed me one that would suit what I needed it for. 3 months later I'm still really happy with the van and would definetly recommend them.

Horrible experience

None of their staff seemed to have a clue what was going on! I was illegally sold a faulty van (advertised "sold as seen" - against the law for a motor trader to use this term trying to absolve themselves of all responsibility). Yes it was old, but definitely NOT roadworthy. Luckily I was refunded after months of broken promises, however I'm still stuck with the bill for three months of insurance

Do not buy a van from these traders

These guys are not to be trusted! They lied to me repeatedly, from being dishonest about the van's costly faults to referencing a bogus warranty and trying to take away my consumer rights. Nice guys! Great van!

Bought a y reg transit from this guys last year. I was told it is a P/X trade sale and it comes with no warranty. They've done the MOT and the Service for me free of charge upon purchase. One year later and the van is still strong and it passed through MOT with no majors (only front pads needed chaged). Thanks guys!

rip off - avoid

Bought a Vauxhall Astra vsn from them almost a year ago and have been trying to get money back ever since as it was full of faults and can't get rid of the smell in the even though new seats new dash board carpets washed an whole of the van steam cleaned manager would avoid calls staff were rude took 3 mechanics who didn't speak any English to change stereo issued court claim they ignored entered

Just bought a LWB 12 plate transit from this guys. This is my 4th van and so far this is the best deal I've done out of the 4. Great customer service and I'll definetly be back when I'll have to renew my van. THANKS GUYS!!!
