Avoid these guys

Avoid these guys, false AA inspections, no service history or paperwork, and zero after sales service.

It started of great, finding a great looking Audi S3 for my son on their website, contacted them and paid a holding deposit.

Went to see the car and the car looked good and drove well. After a about an hour of being upsold warranties, paint protection and a non negotiable admin/collection fee we paid for the car and arranged delivery.

We were told all the paperwork would be delivered with the car.

When the car arrived there was no paperwork and was told this had been posted out.

I checked the following week and they said sorry they would check again and send out.

Another week still no paperwork, called them and they said sorry in this case there must be no paperwork, no books no service history.

I am later told don't worry we are contacting Audi and will get you replacment books, another month and nothing. I have tried contacting several times since and just get no response.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Avoid – misleading advertising, poor ethics, and zero aftersales support I had an extremely disappointing experience with V12 Sports & Classics and would strongly advise others to be very cautious. Took ownership of my car without paying
They took my PX from me of £32,297. Registered it to them in the trade, gave me an invoice signed and dated then decided they wanted to back out. I am left with a car I cannot tax or insure, as they have taken ownership from me. They do not care!

Avoid - don’t be fooled by the look (mechanically unfit)
I wouldn’t buy a car here ever again. Travelled hours to them, it’s was a very weird environment to start! Car died after 3 days of bringing it home, engine malfunction, the after sales team were an absolute nightmare to get hold of, car was sat on my driveway for over 2 weeks undriveable (under warranty) but they didn’t give two hoots.
