V12 Sports & Classics Aftersales are shocking, AVOID THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR YOU BUY, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN
I purchased a Volvo V60 hybrid from the Witham branch on the 08/03/20.
I got the car and drove home, on the way home I needed to turn headlights on, failed headlights (the vehicle had a AA inspection but yet failed to find the headlight fault) so had to drive him on one headlight.
I got this repaired myself, was a loose fitting.
The car came with no charge cable, this was supposedly ordered Monday 09/03. Also I was waiting for some funds to go into my account from V12, took a week to get it.
On the 13/02 I was allowed to purchase a charge cable myself and invoice V12, I am still waiting for the funds to be reimbursed to my account 20/03.
On the 10/03 I highlighted up about I am not able to check the battery to see if it lasts as it should as I am unable to charge the car.
Then on the 11/03 I emailed agai
