A great buying experience

I can only relate my personal experience of buying from Tyne Car Sales. It was positive from start to finish! It was raining on the day that I had arranged my test drive and Dave called me knowing that I was planning on walking to the showroom and insisted on picking me up to save me a soaking! Then things just got better. They were happy for me to test a number of vehicles and to answer any questions I had in relation to each car I was showing an interest in. When negotiating a price for my selected vehicle I felt that Dave listened carefully to what I was suggesting and gave each point I made due consideration. It was clear that Dave wanted to help me get the best deal possible for my purchase and I am very happy with my experience of Tyne Car Sales to date. Based on my recent experience I would happily recommend Tyne Car Sales to anyone thinking of buying a quality used car. Ask for Dave, he'll help you to get the deal you want!!

Tyne Car Sales and Dave just the best match

I came around to buy a MPV Chevrolet just to realise that it was gone. I went down the road (Tyne Car Sales) and saw this VW Passat and a bought it as Dave reinsured me and gave me three months warranty. We extended the warranty to 18 months. Dave got the car serviced and MOT and fixed the front door that couldn’t open from outside. He got the brake disk change for a very small contribution offer

5 star service !

I couldn't have asked for more when purchasing my Audi from tyne cars. All the guys were super friendly and helpful. Dave went the extra mile for me by sorting out the MOT and servicing prior to purchasing. The car has been great ever since i bought it, i dont normally write reviews but thanks to the great deal i recieved i couldn't not write one about the place. 5 star service throughout !!

After purchasing a little corsa for my daughter from tyne car sales which i must add was a very nice experience as Dave who dealt with us made it feel special being her first car . Unfortunately after about 4 weeks my daughter heard a knocking when cornering so we contacted the garage and they told us to bring it straight in. Would certainly use again

We bought our current car from Tyne car sales ( fiat stilo) for what was basically a bargain basement price and not long after purchase it developed an unforseen fault .We contacted the dealer who could not have been more helpfull in sorting the repair out at no cost to ourselves We will certainly use again
