Avoid!
I purchased a Mini Cooper S from the Bath Car Company and have nothing good to say about the company. I bought the car with a FCM issue (stupidly, I had not noticed the small warning light on the Mini dash!) and quickly contacted to let them know. I then checked more thoroughly around the car and found all the tyre pressures were wildly out and that one of them needed repair urgently; it must have been blown up prior to the sale as it was flat by the time I got home! Thank God it did not blow out on the motorway! Within a week, the car also generated a grinding noise on the left hand side which required the caliper to be removed and replaced to rectify. All of this wasted both money and time and should have been rectified before purchase. The FCM was not such an easy or cheap fix and this is where most of the problems; over the course of six months they dodged calls, made excuses and generally shirked all responsibility to put the car right. This has now cost me in excess of £400
