****DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SYTNER SELECT BRISTOL****

Bought a car-Less than 1 hour it broke down on the motorway. Said I wanted my part-exchanged car &money back (see consumer rights act) -was told "no" "they have a right to look at it & fix it" &eventually told to accept a part exchange for new car because "it is a good deal and if I don't they can dig their heels in and take me to court" all of this AGAINST THE LAW

I eventually agreed to look for a car if they did not sell my part-exchanged car within the 30 day period, they agreed. They then sold my old car anyway

Had a courtesy car which they were pressuring me to return almost daily

Finally found a new car that met my spec.They turned up at my house with the new car, because they wanted the courtesy car back so urgently

After dropping car off, transpired it didn't meet the spec LISTED on website & video from the salesman who did a walk through of the vehicle& SPOKE THROUGH THE SPEC

Have been told I need to pay them an additional £800 fix it

THEN established electrics are faulty

Dodgy treacherous car dealer
Went on Saturday, 19 April, at Sytner Bristol site to buy an only 4k miles Smart Fortwo 453 for nearly eleven grand. The car looked impecable and got a nice short drive test so paid the money without hesitation. Luckily I had the idea to check vehicle with my OBD scanner before leaving the site and found eigth serious faults (Powertrain Control Module receiving invalid data from the Transmission C

I made arrangements to visit the site 10 days ago. And that included a test drive. The salesmanship was poor, all that was clear was I needed to buy the car there and then on finance which as a cash buyer I was not interested in. Poor service from start to finish
Made a six hour round trip to view a Mazda CX-7. Test drive for the vehicle very limited, given no opportunity to go over 40 mph . However we liked the car and made an offer as we were cash buyers.
