Faulty Peugeot 407 awful after sales care needs to be closed dow

I bought a Peugeot 407 which had body damage I new I had to fix but I bought on the understanding the vehicle was mechanically sound not the case their mechanic was unable to fix the car. I took it to a diesel mechanic who fixed the car in half a day the had the car 3 times in one month then told me it was a manufactory fault and the engine was to small for the car lol. I had to pay for the repair and was told they would pay for the parts which cost £169 they gave me £50 and I paid the labour charge of £100 the car now stands me about £2,500 I went to trade it in today £720 trade in PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP if I can save one person being ripped off I'll be very happy.

Just bought a 16 year old Nissan Micra from Simms and Taylor and very happy with the car and tbe professional service which is very refreshing for an independent car sales garage.Very honest and offered a good deal.Thank you.

Good deal
Recently purchased a vauxhall astra from simms and taylor and am very happy with the deal i got. I spent a lot of time trying to find a decent car within my budget, as soon as i visited this place i found loads! I would highly reccomend this garage to anybody, no dount i will be back when i am after another, thank you!!

everything about tem is poor
Poor service using a young lad on sales who did not know what he was doing. Was going to buy a car but decided not to after they had supposedly fixed some things that were wrong after our first test drive then they suddenly said that they had to charge us an adminfee when we had seen no terms and conditions whatsoever. Everything about them should have warned us but hopefully other people will not

absolutely Shocking service, the car i bought had something wrong with it everyday and it had just been tested ( i wonder who by), asked for a refund and suddenly there is an admin fee to pay of £150 , something that wasn't mentioned to me at the point of sale. Don't be fooled by the price of the cars, please do your research first and go elsewhere , pay that bit more and get a much better service
