AVOID!!!

We found the car on Autotrader. We paid £250 deposit with the agreement that the company would contact us once an MOT, 6 months tax, valeting, service was completed. The agreement was that they would advise us that the car was ready to be picked up and then we would collect the car and pay the balance in full. However, the following day we received a phone call demanding full payment up front to help with their cash flow, without obviously the work been done. Furthermore, we did a HPI check which showed an outstanding finance on the car. Salesman promised to email us service history and letter from the bank confirming that the finance on the car would be cleared. This was not forthcoming. As there was a clear break of contract, we advised him that we would not comply and he promised to refund our deposit, which he has not done up to now. Clearly, we would be taking a serious financial risk in paying for a car which still had finance on it. Shockingly, the dealer is still selling this car on Autotrader despite holding our deposit for the same car. Ensure that you have a HPI check before you buy any car and be very careful with this trader. Seriously not recommended!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to have money taken from your bank account without approval and are prepared to send numerous emails and have countless telephone conversations with a company who do not have the lightest respect for their customers.
