Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to have money taken from your bank account without approval and are prepared to send numerous emails and have countless telephone conversations with a company who do not have the lightest respect for their customers.

I purchased a vehicle off them in October 2015, and was told to pay the full amount for the vehicle by bank transfer prior to picking up the vehicle.

When I picked up the vehicle I pointed out that they had not paid for the road tax. The following day they removed cash from my account to pay for the tax, without my authorisation.

After 5 weeks of phone calls and emails, they had still not paid the tax or registered the vehicle in my name although they confirmed on various occasions that it had either been paid or would be paid that day.

Eventually I paid the tax at the post office and requested that they repay the cost of the tax and also the cost of registering the vehicle at the post office.
