We bought our first car from saxon bridge and the experience was great, Rose was helpful and there was no pressure so when our other car got written off thanks to some idiot driver, we did not hesitate it was back to see Rose at saxon bridge she asked what we we looking for and helped find a car, the whole experience was great Rose and Mark made our car buying experince so stress free. We had great service and got not 1 but 2 great cars and we are so happy with then.

Post sales support
Absolutely brilliant support from some distance away, with an issue that turned out to be nothing of major consequence. Came and got the motor, left a courtesy car, all resolved straight away and car returned.

I have bought four cars from Saxonbridge , they have all been great, good people to deal with , honest and knowledgable ,they give the main dealers a run for there money, great company to deal with.

Exceptional service
Easily the most honest, helpful, friendly car dealership I've ever come across. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and after sales service is fantastic. The car we bought from them came with a 2 year warranty - a Saxon Bridge warranty too, not one of those insurance policies that exclude anything that's at all likely to go wrong. We've had two small problems with the car in the last two years

My experience with Saxon Bridge having bought 3 vehicles within 2 years
Top ratings were given in all 5 categories, only after careful consideration. I find Saxon Bridge to be the most helpful and straight used car dealer I have dealt with during 61 years of motoring. Nothing is too much trouble and they "tell it as it is" Their deals are realistic and they honour them.
