Sandal auto is not a public car dealership, trade only. It does not open Weekends as advertised

Enquired re a car from Sandal Autos, spoke with 3 salespeople over a number of days who all described the car as "Stunning" & HPI Clear, I was convinced and decided to do the 120 mile round trip to find quite the opposite. My son and I were sold a car in January that had 3 illegal tyres on it. These had been switched round on the car so it was not obvious when inspecting it .The garage would not return phone calls and Salesmen refused to give their surnames. To date they have refused to give a refund of a nominal amount to put towards the cost of replacing these. Customer service has been appalling. Would not reco
