buyer beware
I traded my older Toyota Auris for a newer model.
All went well with the sale until after driving the newer vehicle for a weekend when I realised I'd made a huge mistake in purchasing the newer vehicle as it wasn't equal to the spec. of my older vehicle and had been an ex - company car.
This dealership did not know how to handle a customer when things go wrong such as in my case and it was an absolute nightmare once I asked if I could have my older vehicle back.
The upshot of it all was that kept £1000 of my money to get my old car back and said they were being generous as they originally wanted to keep £2000 of my money!.
For servicing etc. they are excellent but in my last experience with them they fell well short of expected, sadly.
Lots of shiny nice cars and great sales patter, but be sure all is as you want it to be before purchase as any issues after and they have no idea how to treat their customers, even loyal returning ones as I was.
