DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Purchased a BMW 320D on 28/01/2014 with a 3 month warranty - on 28/02/2014 the clutch went, was informed by Pure Cars that it was nothing to do with them now and to contact the warranty people, was told by the warranty that it was not covered as it was "wear and tear" after 1 month????? Apparently even if it was covered they would only play up to a maximum of £300 for the parts as the warranty does not cover labour, so basically the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on! Am furious and have consulted a solicitor, Trading Standards clearly state that the vehicle must be "fit for purpose" well this clearly isn't. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will take this as far as I need to, to either get a full refund or this car fixed whilst incurring NO COST TO OURSELVES!

do not buy from this company! Warranty not worth anything!
Purchased a Citroen c4 on the 4/07/14 and have within 7 weeks have major problems with it! Phoned Purecars on Tuesday only to be told that "it's not their problem". DO NOT BUY!!!
Purchased a car 13 July 2014. Engine management light was showing during test drive. Told by seller it needed a service and was given £100 off the asking price. Took the car to usual garage for a service the very next morning where the light was still showing after a very thorough service (costing £170) and this is because the air con has completed gone. Ensured me this was covered by the warranty

Do Not Use, we are taking them to court for breach of the sale of goods act.
We purchased a Freelander from them which broke down two days after purchase. Our local garage and Landrover have informed us the vehicle engine has been changed and is not that of a Freelander. Refused to rectify or refund. They are not a ltd company and if you wish to pursue them in court you must do so against there own names. Do not buy from here!
Got a renulat clio 1.2 for my first car here, bought it on saturday and drove it home, things went wrong with the colliant and oil which we sorted then on monday the head gasket wemt. We tried comtacting them but all we got was 'not my problem' and then our calls were sent straight to answer phone! Digusting company!
