AVOID AVOID AVOID

My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I implore you to steer clear of them at all costs, as my unfortunate journey with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

As soon as I drove the car away from their establishment, warning lights started flashing, and the situation only went downhill from there. For the first six agonizing months, I was haunted by the relentless glow of the stabilization light on my dashboard, accompanied by a litany of other issues. Despite their attempts to address the problems, that stubborn warning light never relinquished its grip on my driving experience.

Then, just after the six-month warranty had expired, disaster struck. My wheel actually fell off! What's even more infuriating is that this very wheel had supposedly undergone repairs at their hands, with claims that it was the source of my troubles. It turns out that the garage that came to my rescue discovered a glaring oversight – the wheels hadn't been tightened properly, leadin

Alan Davies Car Sales/Prestige Motors - Cowboys - AVOID!!
As a UK Paramedic, I returned to the UK to assist with the Covid crisis and needed a reliable car urgently to get to work. I contacted Alan Davies Car Sales about a car. I asked extensive questions as I could not inspect the car myself due to lock down, I was assured it was immaculate, the best available. They had a 'local' Garage inspect the car (Prestige Motors). Alan Davies Car Sales also Pres
Do not buy from them!
they are nice to you before they get your money. Once you pay them it all turns into hell. Avoid those cowboys and you will save money and time.
Avoid like the plague, they lie, cheat and swindle
Sold me a clocked car and refused to refund. Terrible customer service, don't reply to emails, don't return calls. They dont do the work they say they will. Dont let them pressure you into the warranty, not worth the paper it is written on. Seriously, just look elsewhere, you will thank me
Poor customer service, would not accept fault
Do not buy used cars. If you do know your rights, they will try to confuse you with legal advise in regards to consumer laws, will reject returned vehicles and if you do have a problem you'll run around for weeks trying to get answers. Very poor, almost a scammy feel to the "outfit". Ended up getting money back from credit card.
Will definitely avoid in the future
They do not have any after sales support, even in the first week after the sale. Their cars seem to be of very low quality, with problems that cannot be traced with the eye.
BMW Coupe
Fairly quick process. Wide range of cars to choose from which makes it easy to compare and find a suitable choice. Sales team offer excellent customer service and not too pushy which is great. I have been using the car for 4 weeks now and I am very pleased with it I've had no problems.

Recently bought a car from here... I noticed that there was a few scuffs on the alloys i did point this out to my salesman and he said they would fix them if I wanted the car. I was happy with the car so i agreed deal and waited my phone call for when car was going to be ready. It was slightly over the time that was agreed for me to pick up the car but i think this was down to my impatience of get
