Really let down by this dealership. The servicing department is fantastic and has always been helpful but it appears even when information is passed internally to the after sales team they still choose not to action anything. Very unprofessional and just an overall terrible experience. Have had numerous attempt at contact ignored for months and months. I could not recommend avoiding enough.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Otter Vale Motors. I ended up taking them to the small claims court where I was successful in recovering some of the costs of fixing the Corsa and all of my legal expenses. The experience I had in dealing with Otter Vale post sales mean I would never recommend this garage to family of friends, and would never buy another car from there.
