Ridiculous behaviour

I bought a car and traded my old car in. They make you give a £25 deposit so you can send them the log book for it… well I did this and got confirmation that they received it but never the £25 I paid. I’ve spoken with the member of staff multiple times and the owner, still this issue can’t be sorted. (How ridiculous is that, 5 months later). All I get is ”oh I’ll get back to you””I’ll sort it in the morning” all these different excuses.

Car problems battery fault, had spend £300 for a new one.

Break discs £400

Battery in key replaced £10

All within a month of owning the new car.

Don't bother

Full of lies and say anything to push for the sale. Faulty cars are not repaired but done as little as possible to clear the dash of a fault to keep them going until past the three month warranty period. I really wish I hadn't foolishly been pushed in the sale and believed all the robust I was told which now they completely deny ever saying.

Any good reviews on here have been written by themselves

Terrible service. Bought a VW Passat which developed issues almost instantly. Took it back and they cleared a code without actually fixing any issues. Apparently engine sensors don't come under the 3 month engine and gearbox guarantee. Try to wriggle their way out of everything. Avoid like the plague.

Awful lies

Told the owner I’ll leave bad reviews now he said he will just write 5 more good reviews to counteract it.... Made several calls to arrange a viewing of a car. 10 minutes before I left to travel 3 hours I said is there anything that doesn’t work no they say. Assisting in the buying process - no pressure in a sale. It's down to you for the final decision. And for this, I would recommend this dealer definitely to family, friends or anyone looking for a car.

Trust these reviews - I did not and wish I had!

Bought a Mercedes ML couple of months ago and had nothing but issues since. Dealt with the supposed business owner, who assured me that the vehicle had been serviced and checked over by themselves... even gave me a check list of all items which they confirmed where in good condition. Found out a month later, although he had stamped the service book, the service was never carried out. 1 wee

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I assure Autotrader that if there was an option to give absolutely no stars then NG15 Prestige Car Centre are definitely worthy of such.
