Poor customer service

Whilst happy with the car we bought from this company, we have never been so poorly treated and experienced such rude customer service. I have never written a complaint before but felt that our experience warrants one.

On purchasing our vehicle we noticed that when we started our car a service required message appeared on the dashboard. We queried this as a full service and MOT was part of the package for our car. We were told by the owner of the company that the car was fully serviced and the message could only be removed by a Vauxhall garage using a specific key. He told us that we should not be charged but if we were he would cover the costs.

The Vauxhall garage informed us that actually we also required 4 new glow plugs at a cost of £185 and had not been fully serviced

We rang new forest carriage company and spoke to another member of staff who said this would be fine. When we rang the following Monday to require after the money we were told it would be paid that day. What followed was 4 days of calli
