Terrible Customer Service

I bought a Kia Sportage 4 from Shelly Motors couple of months back. I could not get the bluetooth system to accept voice commands like "Call Home". I eventually found out from KIA UK (6 weeks later) that it was not a fault it was just the fact that the Sportage does not allow this (although cheaper Kia models and most other cars do work this way!!!!!). Throughout the time I was trying to resolve this issue Shelly Motors never returned my calls or made any effort to sort this out with me. I even wrote to the M. D. and did not get so much as the courtesy of a reply. When I eventually found that this 'fault' was in fact a 'feature of the model' I gave up. I emailed Shelly Motors and informed them of the outcome, still no response. They were great and very attentive up until buying the car, then having got their money they do not seem to care less about after-sales service. Sad thing is, apart from a couple of niggles, I like the car but will get it serviced elsewhere as lost all faith in Shelly Motors.

Bought my car in November errors started in March it went back to them twice on the second occasion they had it for 29 days then gave it back to me a week later same errors appeared! 3 times they have given me back a faulty car for me and my children to drive around in! I left my Subaru with Shelley motors for a service. On checking the Tracking system and the in car camera I noticed they had been on a joy ride in my car hitting over 70mph in a 30mph zone!!! When I called to discuss I was told the speed limit for this country was 70mph!!! Not to be trusted, will wait to see what Subaru head office says!!!!

Poor attitude and poor diagnostic
I was totally disgusted with shelly motors, after having with my car losing power, I took it to Shelly motors, still under warranty, they told me it was going to be £100, while at the garage Imwas told that was because I purchased the car in Wales, I made my feelings of disgust felt, to which they advised me to just take the car which I did, thankfully I tookmthe car to another Kiandealer whomdia
