Customer Service poor

I bought my wife a nearly new Corsa which had scratches and a chip on the drivers door however, the salesman advised that the cost to repaint the door would be £300 so as I was part exchanging our old car this cost was put in to the cost.

When I picked the car up after the car was painted the door was two different shades I was advised it would be done again with various reasons as to why this happened.

I once again left the car with them for repainting and on collection the job had not been done at all and there was another make on the cars wing and due to being so unhappy I didn't check the whole car and found a long scratch on the passenger rear door the next morning.

I was then advised the person doing the job was a so called car doctor which I said the car needed to go to a decent body shop which is what I was originally told would happen.

To add insult to injury I have email the saleswoman twice and left two separate messages to find out when this repair is going to be completed and as of yet I have
