Poor Customer Relations

I invested £22.000 in a new Antara for my wife.After about a week later when cleaning it I noticed a defect in the paintwork and a deep scratch in the driver's window, So took it back for repair under warranty.They took photo's which they lost but no phone call to myself or my wife.Take it back again more photo's and no response.So now taken it to the brand manager - lets see what happens.Very poor customer relations

I bought my wife a nearly new Corsa which had scratches and a chip on the drivers door however, the salesman advised that the cost to repaint the door would be £300 so as I was part exchanging our old car this cost was put in to the cost. Took my Corsa to Beadles, the new dealer in Maidstone (Aylesford) and received fantastic service and they only charged half price!
