Do not trust this company

Do not buy online from this company. On the plus side, the salesman, Carl was outstanding, and has continued to be very helpful, which is much appreciated as I sort out the debacle they created.

Firstly , the car i ordered was not what was advertised. I got it delivered, and had it not been delivered by contractor, would have returned/ refused to accept it on the spot.

There was a busted tail light, ripped upholstery, a sticky gear box, the back brakes should have been an advisory on the mot as should one of the tyres ( I have reported the mot garage). They promised a service and full service history , plus an AA check. It received only an oil change, and the full service history comprised of one service. I returned the car at great expense ( approx 500m round trip, plus child and dog sitting , plus a day off work) and they refused to return the full deposit, leaving me approx £800 out of pocket.



Secondly, for some unknown reason, they registered the car to THEIR address with

Approach with extreme caution and a winning lottery ticket

Unhappy buyers
The car purchase was successful. The problems started when picking up the car. Missing equipment such as an EV charger, an EV charging cable, and a tow bar were taken from other cars and given to me. Then I found out that I had to pay an additional £199 for car check on top of the price of the car. I would like to mention that I did not order such a service. The seller said everyone had to pay it.

Trader or thief?
After leaving the deposit for the car and waiting for the logbook to arrive l assured they would call me. When l call back they tell me they don't know where the car is and logbook had not arrived. He promised that deposit will be refunded next Monday, three months are gone and now l have been told it will not.
