Unhappy buyers

The car purchase was successful. The problems started when picking up the car. Missing equipment such as an EV charger, an EV charging cable, and a tow bar were taken from other cars and given to me. Then I found out that I had to pay an additional £199 for car check on top of the price of the car. I would like to mention that I did not order such a service. The seller said everyone had to pay it. You have to be careful because the price of the car in the advertisement is different from the one you have to pay. Then, when picking up the car, my mistake was not checking the second car key. At home I noticed that the extra key was not for my car. I contacted them but they said they received such a set from the previous owner and now it is my problem. The sellers care about you until you sign the papers, then they don't give a damn about you. I have not received any response to my numerous messages. I had to inform my insurer that the seller delivered me a car with one car key. To sum up: if you have to buy a ca

Approach with extreme caution and a winning lottery ticket

Do not trust this company
Do not buy online from this company. On the plus side, the salesman, Carl was outstanding, and has continued to be very helpful, which is much appreciated as I sort out the debacle they created. Trader or thief?
After leaving the deposit for the car and waiting for the logbook to arrive l assured they would call me. When l call back they tell me they don't know where the car is and logbook had not arrived.
