Having tried repeatedly over a period of one and a half weeks to go and view a car. I was fobbed off with excuses that prevented it. Despite my phone calls and their promises to get back to me, which they never did. Then they sell the car from under my feet. Poor business model with no regard to their potential customers. They deserve zero stars. Thank heavens they did not get my money.

They sold me a car they had listed as being a 2001 model when in fact it was a 1997. The car had false plates on it (an old private plate). the v5c they showed me was pertaning to this private plate. The real v5c, which they had at the time of sale, showed the proper age of the vehicle. I did not receive this until 3 days after i had taken possession of the car. What was even worse was that th
