If you are like me, you are always wary when using a car dealer you have never dealt with before to buy a second-hand car. So, when you find one which meets and exceeds the levels of service and professionalism you would hope for, I believe that business deserves to be recommended to other potential customers.
Mark and Neil were a pleasure to do business with. Friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable about the cars they were selling, I found the whole buying experience to be a pleasurable and non-pressurised deal.
The clutch on the car I bought from them unfortunately burnt out 1 week after purchase, I checked the warranty and was worried when I saw that this was not covered. When I contacted the dealership, they were genuinely concerned about the problem. The car was collected and fitted with a new clutch at no expense to me. The car was delivered personally to me at my home address with a tank of diesel as a token for inconvenience suffered.
