Laid back yet professional,no hard sell but very helpfull

My grandparent, mum & dad and now me have all dealt with Paul at Lombard Street.They all appear to be happy and recommended me rather than shop around in Birmingham or Wolverhampton and dice with death ! Bought my 1st car and Paul went out of his way to make sure I understood the controls and was happy. So far so good,no problems but I can say that if there were Paul would sort it for me.So, thanks Paul.
