Showroom address does not exist, it is Aylott Motors London Road NOTHING to do with Leigh Trade.  Neither is Leigh Wilson Trade Cars. Any address given or noted by John LePage  is wrong address or does not exist.

He sells insurance write offs or dangerous un-roadworthy cars that has fake MOTs. One garage in Southend reported to DVSA about this.

Arranges to meet buyers near train stations or Southend Airport etc claiming he has a unit close by. Will only take cash or bank transfer to personal bank account not a business account.

Any legal correspondences sent to any address given by him will not arrive due to above.

However below are his true details. You may knock his door and partner will deny knowing him but any legal paperwork will have to be proven by them for the registered occupants of this address, something that will be hard to deny with the below details.
